Wrangle over 100 partners and attendees, and support the execution of landscape mapping, participatory action research (surveys and focused groups), and human centered design activities.
Resource Link
PROCESS DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION
Groundwork designed and built Resource Link alongside Applied Survey Research, an elegant solution to high school persistence for Opportunity Youth. Resource Link is a youth-centered data system and associated process that brings together reengagement education and supportive services so that more Opportunity Youth can persist in their education. Resource Links purpose is to ensure that even our highest-barrier students complete secondary education with reduced or no disruptions.
Groundwork provides vision, leadership, and project management in order to remain clear about ion vision and purpose, translate the vision into action, and coordinate partners to support those actions. Groundwork guides the growth, development, & structure of the Resource Link Partnership, and be the communication hub, facilitate connection & coordination among Resource Link Partners.
